Job summary

Marquette is seeking a hospitality-focused Housekeeping Associate to join our team. You will help create a clean, welcoming environment residents are proud to call home, performing housekeeping and laundry duties across the community, and supporting a safe, attractive living space.

The role emphasizes a positive attitude toward hospitality and resident engagement. Starting pay is $16/hour, with listed shift from 7:45 AM to 4:15 PM and every-other-weekend laundry coverage requirement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–6 months of housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred.
• A positive attitude and passion for hospitality and senior engagement.
