Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Room Attendant to join our team in Auburn Hills, Michigan. You will clean and sanitize guest rooms and public areas, restocking amenities and ensuring comfort and safety for our guests.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma/GED, strong communication skills, and a proactive, team-driven approach. This on-site role offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth within our growing portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Ensure rooms and public areas are cleaned and sanitized to standards.

• Maintain knowledge of hotel properties, services and surroundings.
• Stock rooms with soap, tissues, glasses, etc.
• Identify items left behind and report per lost-and-found procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensures that rooms have clean linen, bedding andtowels
• Understands and follows all safety and security procedures as mandated by the hotel
• Maintain knowledge of hotel property, hotel staff, hotel services, hotel service hours of operation,andhotel surroundings (i.e. mall, restaurants)
• Ensures that rooms are stocked with soap, tissues,drinking glasses,etc.
• Identify itemsthatguestshaveleftbehindandreportitemsutilizing hotel's lost and found procedures
• Other duties as assigned
