Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience helpful (training provided).
• Reliable, detail-oriented, able to work in an active environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident apartments, guest rooms, and common areas.
• Follow Touchmark Gold Standards for cleanliness and safety.
• Use proper infection control and safety practices.
• Report maintenance concerns such as damaged flooring or light outages.
• Work independently or as part of a team to complete daily assignments.
• Provide friendly, respectful service to residents and guests.

Pay: $16.50 – $17.90/hour
Classification: Non-Exempt (Eligible for Overtime)
Schedule: Full-Time with weekend rotation
