Monroeville Post Acute in Monroeville, PA is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain a safe, clean environment for residents and staff. The role focuses on cleaning public areas, resident rooms, bathrooms, and corridors while following safety guidelines.
You will work within a team with flexible hours, have access to healthcare plans, FSA/HSA, telehealth, and a 401(k) plan with match; prior long-term care exposure is preferred but not required. Fluency in English is required.

Define the roles and responsibilities of the Housekeeper within a long-term care facility. The purpose is to maintain a safe, orderly and clean environment free of obstacles and odors.
This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.
Minimum requirement to perform the essential functions of this position is a High School Diploma or a GED. Experience working in a long-term care facility preferred.
Ability to read and understand procedure and instruction manuals and directions.
Basic math skills of addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
