Job summary

Vitality Living Windermere is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to keep resident suites and common areas clean and comfortable. You will follow the posted schedule, perform routine cleaning, and contribute to a welcoming environment for residents and families.

This part-time role requires at least 18, clear English communication, health compliance, and professional conduct. Vitality Living offers bonuses for attendance, a 401k plan, and a supportive team oriented community in Windermere, FL.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Meet state or provincial health related requirements.
• Maintain any certifications as required by state or provincial regulations.
• Project a positive and professional image at all times.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident suites and community common areas according to schedule, including vacuuming and spot-cleaning carpets; cleaning ceilings and walls as necessary (e.g. removing cobwebs); dusting furniture, shelves, light fixtures, and other surfaces; removing trash; removing and laundering bed linens and towels
• Assist in Annual Suite Service of resident suites according to schedule
• Deep clean community common areas according to schedule
• Effectively collaborate with team members to improve resident and family experience
• Attend and participate in onboarding and annual training, in-services and team member meetings as requested
• Perform other duties as assigned by Environmental Services Director
