Job summary

Harmony Senior Services, LLC is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness of common areas and resident apartments in Mount Juliet, Tennessee. You will oversee cleaning across the facility, ensuring bathrooms and living spaces meet high standards of hygiene.

The role requires the ability to follow written and verbal instructions, work well with team members, and maintain resident privacy. A high school diploma or GED is preferred and flexibility for weekends/holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Ability to work well with others as part of a team.
• Polite and courteous to residents, visitors, co-workers and management.

Responsibilities

• Clean common living areas and resident apartments.
• Oversee cleaning of the facility with emphasis on common areas and bathroom sanitation.
• Complete maintenance reports when needed and report deterioration to housekeeping supervisor.
• Operate laundry equipment when needed and manage supplies.
• Use only approved cleaning products and store supplies properly.
• Clean offices and dust furniture, blinds, and other surfaces.
• Vacuum and maintain cleanliness in all areas and bathrooms.
• Follow resident privacy policies and attend required trainings and meetings.
