Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of living spaces including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas to high sanitation standards.
• Execute floor care tasks: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, carpet cleaning.
• Maintain cleanliness of appliances and fixtures—sinks, countertops, appliances, furniture.
• Ensure sanitation protocols are followed diligently to promote a healthy environment.
• Manage janitorial supplies inventory and restock as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing residents’ or guests’ requests professionally.
