Job summary

Montage Mason is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to uphold the highest cleanliness and sanitation standards across the community. You will clean assigned areas in a thorough, organized, and infection-controlled manner, contributing to a safe, welcoming environment for residents, families, and guests.

Starting pay is $16/hr, with hours as needed and AM/PM shifts including weekends. Background check, drug screen, and physical are required; prior experience is a plus but not mandatory.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or with a team.
• Sixteen years of age or older; previous experience preferred but not required.

Overview

Montage Mason is a luxury Memory Care and Assisted Living community located in Mason, Ohio. As a Housekeeper, you’ll play an essential role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the community. You’ll be responsible for the organized, consistent, and thorough cleaning of assigned areas while following infection control protocols and facility procedures. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, pays close attention to detail, and understands the importance of cleanliness in supporting resident well-being. You’ll work closely with the Housekeeping team and leadership to ensure all spaces are safe, attractive, and welcoming for residents, families, and guests.

Pay: Starting at $16/hr, based on years of experience.

Schedule: As needed, AM/PM and weekend availability required.
