Job summary

MasterCorp, Inc. is seeking a part-time Housekeeper in Branson, MO to maintain clean, inspection-ready resort units. You will follow our standards, manage trash, linens, and cleaning tasks, and support guest satisfaction with timely service.

The role offers paid training, immediate hire, and a benefits package. You should be reliable, physically able to lift 25 lbs, and willing to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds (with or without accommodation).
• Ability to make decisions.
• Planning and scheduling capabilities.
• Ability to read, write and do basic math.
• Personal timeliness be prompt with all assignments.
• A passion for cleanliness.
• Strong work ethic.
• Ability to learn and change behavior.
• Work irregular hours.
• Job operates in conditions with odors/dust, cleaning chemicals, and/or laundry chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high standard of excellence.
• Strip units of soiled linens.
• Remove trash from units.
• Clean units including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, closets, and decks.
• Report clean units as vacant and ready for inspection.
• Report unit maintenance issues as per company procedure.
• Report damaged, dirty or stained carpets, drapes, furniture, and linens.
• Report missing inventory and supplies to Supervisor.
• Perform weekly guest services cleans as directed.
• Attend trainings and apply learnings.
• Ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist in solving guest complaints promptly.
• Maintain a high sense of urgency so units are turned on time.
