Job summary

Midas Hospitality in Branson, MO is seeking a dependable Housekeeper / Room Attendant to ensure guest rooms and public spaces meet brand standards. You will clean rooms, change linens, replenish amenities, and respond to guest requests with a friendly, professional attitude.

This role requires the ability to stand, walk, lift up to 40 pounds, and work schedules that may include weekends. Prior hotel housekeeping experience is preferred; training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Remove trash and recyclables from rooms and hallways.
• Provide friendly and professional guest assistance and respond to requests promptly.
• Report guest concerns to leadership to ensure a positive experience.
• Notify maintenance staff of equipment issues or damages.
• Follow lost and found procedures and protect guest privacy and security.
• Identify safety hazards and report them.
• Use cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Support additional housekeeping duties and special projects as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel and brand standards, including making beds, changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing towels and guest amenities.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks as assigned.
• Maintain housekeeping carts and ensure supplies, linens, and cleaning products are properly stocked and organized.
• Remove trash and recyclables from guest rooms, hallways, and designated areas.
• Provide friendly and professional assistance to guests and respond to requests in a timely manner.
• Report guest concerns or service issues to leadership to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Notify maintenance staff of any equipment issues, damage, or repair needs within guest rooms or public spaces.
• Follow lost and found procedures and maintain guest privacy and security.
• Identify and report unsafe conditions, suspicious activity, or potential hazards.
• Use cleaning supplies and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow all hotel safety policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Support additional housekeeping duties and special projects as assigned.

Physical Requirements:

This position requires frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, pushing, and pulling throughout the workday. Candidates should be able to lift and move up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation. Work is primarily performed indoors within a hotel environment but may occasionally require movement throughout the property.
