Job summary

Civitas Senior Living is seeking a Housekeeper for our Round Rock community in Texas. This role focuses on deep cleaning resident rooms and common areas, plus supporting dining room setup to create a welcoming mealtime experience.

We value a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to work independently while showing care for elderly residents. Training will be provided, and there are opportunities for growth and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or hospitality is preferred but training is provided.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn are highly valued.
• Must be able to follow a daily task sheet and maintain high hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Deep cleaning assigned resident rooms and common areas.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down the dining room area to create a pleasant mealtime atmosphere.
• Develop meaningful relationships and contribute to resident happiness and comfort.
• Deliver excellent service while maintaining a calm, unhurried pace.
