Mary Bridge Children\'s Hospital in Tacoma, WA, is seeking an entry-level Housekeeper to join our Environmental Services team. You will ensure patients and families have a clean, safe environment and collaborate with patient care staff to support a positive visit experience.

Reporting to the Environmental Services department, the role offers day shifts with Full-time schedule and a competitive pay range, reflecting experience and union considerations where applicable.

Qualifications

• Previous Housekeeper experience preferred
• Ability to read, write and speak the English language

Position Summary

The Housekeeper is an entry level opportunity on our Environmental Services team. In this role, you will ensure patients and families have the best possible experience when visiting a MultiCare facility.

Responsibilities

• You will perform cleaning duties and maintain environmental surfaces in an orderly and sanitary condition


• You will organize and complete required department tasks in coordination with services provided by patient care personnel and other support service departments


• You will communicate effectively with your team and nursing staff


• You will partner with a service-oriented attitude and professional integrity

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred


• Previous Housekeeper experience preferred


• Ability to read, write and speak the English language

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $20.63 - $31.41 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
