Qualifications

• Ability to perform essential duties with or without accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident rooms and common areas, restrooms, and staff spaces.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, and maintain safe, orderly environments.
• Keep apartments safe, comfortable, and presentable for residents and families.
• Handle spills and soiled areas promptly and follow product instructions for cleaners.
• Clean exterior windows, patios, or other assigned areas.
