Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience in a long-term care or large institutional setting preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to interact positively and respectfully with residents and families.
• Positive, dependable, and team-focused attitude.
• Excellent attendance and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident rooms under the direction of the Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas, offices, and designated interior and exterior spaces.
• Follow established cleaning schedules, procedures, and safety standards.
• Support infection control and sanitation practices throughout the center.
• Help maintain a positive physical and psychosocial environment for residents.
