Qualifications

• Three years of housekeeping experience in a business or office setting; two years at the same facility preferred.
• Ability to routinely lift 10 to 60 pounds floor to overhead.
• Must be able to maneuver 20 to 100 pounds vertically.
• Minimum age of 21 per licensure requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily, weekly and monthly housekeeping tasks per SOPs.
• Take on weekend duties as assigned (laundry, cleaning, stocking).
• Maintain buildings to ensure the cleanest possible environment for residents.
• Take pride and ownership of Damar facilities and work areas.
