Job summary

Triad Service Solutions, Inc is seeking a reliable janitorial associate to clean and maintain offices, lobbies, restrooms, hallways and common areas in our Fort Worth facility. Duties include dusting, polishing, mopping, waste removal, and basic upkeep as part of a team.

No prior experience required; bilingual is preferred. The role requires punctuality, dependability, and strict adherence to safety procedures in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean and polish lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.
• Clean offices, rooms, hallways, lobbies, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and locker rooms.
• Sweep, mop, scrub, wax, and polish floors.
• Dust furniture and equipment; wipe walls and ceilings.
• Replace light bulbs; replenish bathroom supplies.

Job description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim
• Cleans offices, rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and locker rooms and other work areas
• Sweeps, mops, scrubs, waxes, and polishes floor
• Spot cleans rugs, carpets, and upholstered furniture
• Dusts furniture and equipment
• Polishes metalwork
• Washes walls, ceiling, and woodwork
• Washes windows, door panels, and sills
• Empties wastebaskets, and empties and cleans ashtrays
• Transports trash and waste to disposal area
• Replenishes bathroom supplies
• Replaces light bulbs
• Delivers messages
• Transports small equipment or tools
• Sets up tables and chairs in meeting rooms, auditorium or hall. Role may require iOS or Android capability on personal cell phone to use quality assurance and timekeeping applications during work hours
• Other duties may be assigned
