Job summary

Trinity View in Arden, NC is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain a safe, clean and presentable facility. The role supports high cleanliness standards and environmental care, reporting hazards and repairs as needed.

Typical schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with every other weekend required. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered plus benefits after 30 days, including insurance and PTO.

Qualifications

• Education: ability to read, write, and understand instructions.
• Experience: familiarity with cleaning and housekeeping concepts.
• Skills/Abilities: good visual acuity and effective communication.
• Ability to work independently without supervision.

Responsibilities

• Dust all assigned areas and items.
• Dry mop all areas.
• Empty and clean trash cans, replacing liners as needed.
• Clean all bathroom fixtures.
• Maintain confidentiality in all matters.
• Interact cordially with residents, peers, and others.
• Uphold Trinity View’s mission, vision, values, and customer service standards.
