Healthcare Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Housekeeper in Laurel, Montana to maintain a clean and safe long-term care environment. You will perform daily cleaning of resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas, and support infection control practices.

We value a positive attitude, strong communication, and reliability. No heavy lifting beyond 50 pounds is required; residency in the service area is needed. Training and hands-on support are provided to ensure quality care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• COVID-19 vaccination policy compliance.
• Must be able to lift/carry 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Residency within service area required.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and infection control procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks, including cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
• Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation following procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and report maintenance or safety issues.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions policies.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
