Oakmont Management Group's Ivy Park at La Palma is seeking a part-time Housekeeper/Maintenance Assistant to keep resident apartments and public areas clean, assist with laundry, and support a safe, respectful living environment for residents and staff.

Located in La Palma, CA, this role offers a friendly team culture, competitive pay of $18–$19 per hour, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, retirement, and more.

Qualifications

• Prefer prior housekeeping or janitorial experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Possess written and verbal skills to interact and communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests.
• Vaccination and PPE requirements may be implemented per regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Clean all resident apartments, as directed.
• Clean all public areas, common areas, and work areas as directed.
• Complete community and resident laundry and ironing, as assigned.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests, following established safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments.
