Job summary

Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is seeking a part-time HOUSEKEEPER - AMBULATORY SERVICES in North Mississippi Health Services, Winfield, AL. The role covers cleaning of ambulatory facilities, including restrooms and patient areas, with a 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM schedule, Monday through Friday.

Prev housekeeping experience preferred; ability to lift up to 50 pounds is required. Competitive pay at $15.07 per hour plus benefits and growth opportunities within the Compass network.

Responsibilities

• Disinfect surfaces with provided chemicals.
• Dusts and polishes furniture, vents, and ledges.
• Cleans reception glass and entrance windows.

• Cleans floors and performs carpet/ upholstery spot cleaning.
• Collects and disposes of trash and biohazardous waste.
• Replenishes soap, towels, paper products, and trash bags.
• Maintains cleaning equipment and storage areas.

• We are hiring immediately for part time HOUSEKEEPER - AMBULATORY SERVICES positions.
• Location: North Mississippi Health Services - 644 Tahoe Road, Winfield, AL 35594. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Part time; Monday through Friday, 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. More details upon interview.

• Fixed Pay Rate: $15.07 per hour.

Job Summary

Performs specialized cleaning duties with the intent of disinfecting ambulatory healthcare facilities including restrooms, patient areas, exam rooms, procedure rooms, and specialty areas.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Disinfects surfaces with provided chemicals.
• Dusts and polishes furniture and fittings, vents, window sills, and ledges.
• Cleans reception glass and entrance windows.
• Moves chairs/stools, waste/linen/biohazardous bins, small equipment on wheels, scales, and other items for proper cleaning. Realigns items according to recommended layout.
• Cleans floors including sweeping, dusting, mopping, and vacuuming. Performs carpet spot cleaning and upholstery spot cleaning.
• Collects and disposes of general trash and biohazardous waste. Performs routine cleaning on general trash and biohazardous waste containers.
• Replenishes soap, sanitizer, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, and other items.
• Maintains equipment, tools and storage areas in clean and orderly operating condition.
• Works with alarm systems to arm and disarm.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
