Job summary

Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring for a part-time Housekeeper Ambulatory Services at Texas Children's Hospital in Fulshear, TX. The shift is Monday–Friday, 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Prior housekeeping experience is required, and candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Disinfects surfaces and cleans restrooms and patient areas using provided cleaning chemicals.
• Dusts and polishes furniture, vents, window sills, and ledges.
• Cleans reception glass and entrance windows.
• Moves chairs and small equipment for cleaning; realigns items as needed.
• Cleans floors (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming) and performs carpet/upholstery spot cleaning.
• Collects and disposes of general trash and biohazardous waste; maintains waste containers.

• We are hiring immediately for part time HOUSEKEEPER AMBULATORY SERVICES positions.
• Location: Texas Children's Hospital - 6623 West Cross Creek Bend Lane, Fulshear, TX 77441. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Part time schedule. Monday - Friday, 6:00 pm - 10:00 pm. Further details upon interview.
• Requirement: Prior housekeeping experience required.
• Pay Range:$13.50 per hour to$14.00per hour.

Job Summary

Performs specialized cleaning duties with the intent of disinfecting ambulatory healthcare facilities including restrooms, patient areas, exam rooms, procedure rooms, and specialty areas. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Disinfects surfaces with provided chemicals.
• Dusts and polishes furniture and fittings, vents, window sills, and ledges.
• Cleans reception glass and entrance windows.
• Moves chairs/stools, waste/linen/biohazardous bins, small equipment on wheels, scales, and other items for proper cleaning. Realigns items according to recommended layout.
• Cleans floors including sweeping, dusting, mopping, and vacuuming. Performs carpet spot cleaning and upholstery spot cleaning.
• Collects and disposes of general trash and biohazardous waste. Performs routine cleaning on general trash and biohazardous waste containers.
• Replenishes soap, sanitizer, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, and other items.
• Maintains equipment, tools and storage areas in clean and orderly operating condition.
• Works with alarm systems to arm and disarm.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
