Job summary

ServiceMaster Brands is seeking a diligent cleaning technician to service client sites in the New Jersey area. You will perform daily cleaning tasks in accordance with client schedules, including trash removal, dusting, restroom sanitation, glass and surface cleaning, and floor care.

You will work with PPE, wear the required uniform, and demonstrate a positive attitude while contributing to a safe, cooperative work environment. Training is provided for motivated individuals.

Qualifications

• Must arrive to work location at scheduled time.
• Must wear proper uniform at all times.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 25lbs.

Responsibilities

• Emptying trash.
• Dusting all furniture, including desks, chairs, and tables.
• Dusting all exposed surfaces, including window sills and moldings.
• Cleaning all glass and mirrors.
• Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms using company products and procedures.
• Vacuuming and mopping floors.
• Weekly detailed cleaning.
• Use of PPE where required.
