Job summary

Capri Communities LLC is seeking a diligent Housekeeper in Wisconsin to maintain a clean, safe living environment for residents. You will clean apartments, the lobby, restrooms, and common areas, ensuring sanitary conditions.

The role features 8-hour shifts, a 32-hour workweek with paid time for 40 hours, and eligibility for both full-time and part-time positions. A comprehensive benefits package and 52 paid days off per year are available.

Qualifications

• Experience cleaning resident apartments and common areas.
• Ability to perform heavy cleaning tasks.
• Flexible shifts including 8-hour shifts and weekend coverage if required.

Responsibilities

• Cleans resident apartment homes – including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, disinfecting, and windows.
• Empties trash and disposables and transports to disposal area.
• May assist housekeeping staff with cleaning lobby, restrooms, hallways, elevators, stairwells, and common spaces.
• Reports needed repairs to Executive Director and maintenance staff.
