University of New England (UNE) in Maine is hiring for a Housekeeper to perform routine cleaning across residence halls, classrooms, and offices. You will follow a specific campus schedule and may work overtime.

Our Housekeeping team plays an essential role in the university’s success, and their continuous contributions are highly valued. Housekeepers clean and perform routine maintenance of campus buildings, including residence halls, classrooms, and administrative offices across our campuses. Housekeepers are assigned a specific campus and generally a specific set schedule, with the option of working overtime on occasion.

Compensation is $17.50 per hour, plus a $1.00 per hour shift differential, totaling $18.50 per hour (equivalent to $38,480 annually).
The list below is inclusive of all the duties that fall under the housekeeping position but duties can vary from building to building and not all are completed every day.
Employees in clinical settings must meet the State of Maine’s immunization requirements for clinical activity.
