Job summary

TaraVista is seeking a friendly Housekeeper to join our team on a part-time basis. The role involves cleaning patient rooms, sanitizing surfaces, and maintaining a tidy environment across a rotating 3-week schedule (24 hours per week).

The successful candidate will have a high school diploma (GED preferred) and prior housekeeping experience. We offer competitive pay ($17.00–$18.77 per hour), benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401(k), and generous PTO.

• Language, writing and communication abilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service rooms by mopping floors, dusting, disinfecting furniture and equipment, vacuuming carpets.
• Make and clean bed units of discharged patients.
• Maintain cleanliness and servicing of an assigned area.
• Able and willing to do all duties required of a Housekeeping I and work all shifts.

Join us as a Housekeeper!

Part Time 24 Hours weekly

3-week rotating schedule as follows:

First week - Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 6:00AM - 2:30PM

Second week - Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday 6:00AM - 2:30PM

Third Week - Sunday, Wednesday and Thursday 6:00AM - 2:30PM

As a Housekeeper at TaraVista, under close supervision by the lead housekeeper, supervisor, or facility director and according to prescribed procedures, the Housekeeper cleans and services rooms by dry and damp mopping floors, dusting and disinfecting furniture and equipment, vacuuming carpets. Makes and cleans bed units of discharged patients. Responsible for cleanliness and servicing of an assigned area. Able and willing to do all duties required of a Housekeeping I and work all shifts.

Successful Housekeeper candidates will have the following:

• Preferred: High School Diploma or General Education Degree.
• Preferred: Previous housekeeping experience.
• Preferred: Language/Writing/Communication abilities

Pay Range

Compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s relevant experience.
