Job summary

Cal-Am Properties Inc. is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain the appearance of our community in Mesa, AZ. The role involves cleaning, dusting, and ensuring a welcoming environment for residents and guests.

The position offers hourly compensation of $17.00 to $18.00 with benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Vacation, Sick leave and a 401K. Schedule is Monday to Friday, 5:00 am to 1:30 pm, totaling 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cleaning products and supplies.
• Ability to maintain high cleanliness standards in a community setting.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning tasks including mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal.
• Maintain cleanliness of public access areas according to standards.
• Monitor and report on stock of cleaning supplies and chemicals.
• Keep housekeeping storage areas neat and organized.
• Report maintenance issues to appropriate staff.
• Assist maintenance and other staff as needed.
• Present Cal-Am professionally at all times.
• Carry out any additional tasks as assigned.

HOUSEKEEPER

The housekeeper will perform overall cleaning and maintain the appearance of the community.

Compensation: $17.00 - $18.00 Hourly
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Vacation and Sick, 401K
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 5:00 am to 1:30 pm, 40 hours a week

Responsibilities

• Cleans as directed by way of mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal.
• Keeps public access areas clean and maintains them according to employer standards.
• Monitors and reports on the inventory of cleaning supplies.
• Maintains the housekeeping storage room in a neat and organized fashion.
• Reports any maintenance concerns or repairs to the appropriate personnel.
• Provides assistance to maintenance staff and other staff members as needed.
• Represents the Company in a professional manner at all times.
• Additional task as assigned
