Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous housekeeping, environmental services, or cleaning experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to follow departmental safety, sanitation, and infection-control procedures.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
• Dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and resident comfort.

Responsibilities

• Clean, dry mop, and wet mop resident rooms and assigned areas
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, furniture, fixtures, and equipment
• Empty trash receptacles and properly dispose of waste
• Clean staff dining areas, stairwells, hallways, and other designated spaces
• Vacuum carpets and other floor surfaces
• Restock housekeeping supplies as needed
• Perform occasional light maintenance duties as assigned
• Follow all facility safety, sanitation, and infection-control policies and procedures
• Help maintain a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and staff
