Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities in Westerville, Ohio, is seeking a full-time housekeeper to join our community. You will provide housekeeping services for residents and maintain clean public areas to ensure a welcoming environment.

The schedule is Sunday through Thursday. Candidates should have at least one year of housekeeping experience, be self-motivated and organized, and demonstrate strong customer service in interactions with residents and staff.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a private or public housekeeping capacity (i.e. hotel or personal home).
• The ability to communicate clearly and effectively with residents, family members, and other team members.
• Must be self-motivated, organized, and professional. Must be able to work independently and handle multiple tasks at one time.
• Strong customer service skills are required.
