The ideal candidate has housekeeping or hospitality experience and is dependable, organized, and able to work well in a team.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping, hospitality, hotel, environmental services, or senior living experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate and resident-focused attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident apartments, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas on a scheduled basis.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation throughout the community.
• Ensure all areas remain neat, safe, and welcoming for residents and guests.
• Follow housekeeping schedules, infection control, and cleaning procedures.
• Communicate effectively with housekeeping and community team members.
• Support resident comfort and satisfaction through respectful and friendly interactions.
• Assist with special cleaning projects as needed.
• Maintain housekeeping equipment and supplies appropriately.
• Help create a warm and home-like environment for residents.
