Job summary

Harborview Satilla in Waycross, GA is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain a clean, hygienic and comfortable environment for residents. The role involves routine and deep cleaning of resident rooms, common areas, and corridors.

You will sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish surfaces, replenish supplies, dispose of waste, and report maintenance or safety concerns. Prior housekeeping or custodial experience is preferred, healthcare or hospitality is a plus.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping or custodial experience preferred (healthcare or hospitality setting a plus).
• Knowledge of industrial cleaning tools and procedures is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and deep cleaning of resident rooms, common areas, and facility hallways to maintain a hygienic, presentable environment.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish surfaces according to cleaning schedules and protocols.
• Replenish supplies such as linens, toiletries, and cleaning products in designated areas.
• Dispose of trash and soiled linens appropriately and according to infection control procedures.
