Job summary

Lakeside Neurologic in Florida is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team. You will perform dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing and trash removal across the facility, ensuring clean and safe spaces for residents and staff.

Candidates should have a HS Diploma or GED and prior cleaning experience in hospital, skilled nursing, school or commercial settings; weekend shifts may be required, with a schedule Mon–Fri 7:00 am–3:30 pm and some weekends.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Previous hospital or healthcare cleaning experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Dusting, vacuuming, mopping and sanitizing common areas.
• Perform housekeeping inspections and report any life safety concerns.
• Ensure cabins have supplies and communicate effectively with team members.

Lakeside Neurologic is currently interviewing for the position of Housekeeper. Housekeepers are important team members that perform the following duties at the facility:

• dusting
• vacuuming
• mopping
• sanitizing
• trash removal
• sweeping
• cleaning floors
• performing housekeeping inspections
• reporting any life safety concerns
• ensuring cabins have supplies
• communicating effectively with team members

The work schedule for this position is primarily Mon – Fri from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm with some weekend shifts required.

Requirements for this position are HS Diploma or GED required. Previous experience in a hospital setting, skilled nursing facility, school or commercial cleaning is preferred.
