Apploi seeking a dedicated housekeeper for a part-time role in New York. You will perform daily cleaning in resident rooms and common areas, ensuring a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.

This position includes shifts every other weekend and some holidays, with 7.5 hours per day over five days. Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required, and strong communication and a compassionate attitude are valued.

• Provide friendly and respectful service to residents and staff.

Job Description

As a housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our facility remains clean, safe, and comfortable for our residents. Your responsibilities will include general cleaning tasks, maintaining cleanliness in resident rooms, common areas, and assisting with special cleaning projects as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing resident rooms and common areas.
• Clean and maintain restrooms, including replenishing supplies and ensuring they are stocked and sanitary.
• Empty trash and recycle bins and properly dispose of waste.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred, but not required.
