Centerpoint Health - Versailles Hospital in Versailles, KY, is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain a sanitary, safe environment and support excellent patient care. This PRN/As-needed role focuses on cleaning patient rooms and common areas, following isolation policies and keeping supplies stocked.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Previous clinical housekeeping experience preferred.
• Critical thinking and decisive judgment required.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Capable of working in a stressful environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean patient rooms and other assigned areas daily, including collecting and removing trash, changing bed linens and sanitizing all surfaces.
• Follow policies and procedures on patient isolation.
• Stock paper items and other supplies in patient rooms as necessary or designated.
• Maintain cart and equipment in clean, working condition and stores in appropriate storage area when finished with shift.
