Job summary

Equity LifeStyle Properties is hiring a Housekeeper in Gordonville, Texas. You will keep resorts clean and tidy to provide guests with a five-star experience, including cabins, rentals, office, clubhouse, and common areas.

You’ll assist maintenance and respond to guest inquiries in a timely, professional manner. Requirements include a high school diploma and 1–3 years in housekeeping, knowledge of cleaning products, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or the equivalent.
• One to three years of experience in a housekeeping role.
• Knowledge of cleaning supplies and products.
• Organizational skills and attention to details.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record and current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Clean resort office, clubhouse, public areas and models by mopping, dusting, vacuuming and trash removal.
• Prepare cabins and rentals for new guests.
• Maintain rentals and common areas to the resort's standards.
• Track cleaning supply inventory and request refills as needed.
• Report maintenance concerns to the Resort Manager or Maintenance Supervisor.
