This role supports daily operations with laundry, linen handling, and room cleaning, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and confidentiality in a healthcare setting.

The successful candidate will have a high school diploma (or equivalent), prior housekeeping experience preferred, and the physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain the physical environment of our facility, including resident rooms, common areas, and public spaces.
• Restock supplies and linens, ensuring that all areas are well-stocked and clean.
• Perform laundry duties, including washing, drying, and folding linens and towels.
• Assist with meal preparation and cleanup as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and efficient workflow.

Pay: $16/hr
Schedule: Full & Part Time!

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Housekeeper to join our team at Morningstar Residential Care Center. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents and staff.
