Capri Communities LLC is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for residents in our Milwaukee-area community. The role covers resident apartments, the lobby, restrooms and common spaces, with hours from 9am to 2pm, Monday through Friday.

You’ll perform cleaning duties, assist with common-area upkeep, and report needed repairs to the Executive Director and maintenance team. Capri Communities offers a competitive benefits package and opportunities for growth.

• Housekeeper responsibilities include cleaning resident apartments, lobby, restrooms, and common spaces.
• Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, disinfecting, washing windows in resident homes and shared areas.

Responsabilidades

• Cleans resident apartment homes – dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, scrubbing, mopping, waxing, disinfecting, washing windows.
• Empties trash and transports to disposal area.
• May assist staff with cleaning lobby, restrooms, hallways, elevators, stairwells, and common spaces.
• Reports needed repairs to Executive Director and maintenance staff.
