Job summary

Cherokee Plantation Owners, LLC in Yemassee, SC is seeking three Housekeepers to maintain rooms, suites and indoor areas, including vacuuming, dusting, linen replenishment and bathroom disinfection. Interior windows are also cleaned as part of daily duties.

Wage ranges from $13.53 to $18.54 per hour, with overtime at $20.30–$27.81 per hour, paid weekly. Schedule is 40 hours weekly with varying shifts including evenings and weekends. Optional housing and benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Three (3) months of experience at a high-end hotel, resort, or private club required.
• Travel is not required.
• Daily transportation is not provided to and from worksite.
• On-the-job training is provided.

Position: Housekeeper (3 positions)

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain all rooms, suites, and indoor common areas, including vacuuming floors, dusting, replenishing linens and towels, disinfecting bathrooms, and washing and pressing small linen items as needed.
• Wash interior windows in common areas and rooms with squeegees and rags, using a small step ladder when necessary.

• Daily transportation is not provided to and from worksite.
• On‑the‑job training is provided.

Compensation & Schedule

Wage: $13.53 – $18.54 per hour, paid weekly. Overtime available at $20.30 – $27.81 per hour. Employee may be eligible for additional compensation in the form of a discretionary holiday bonus.

Schedule: 40 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and may include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 6:30am – 2:30pm and 2:00pm – 10:00pm.
