Job summary

Lakeshore Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation, part of the Volare Health family, is seeking a dependable Housekeeper to maintain clean, safe, and welcoming environments for residents.

Schedule includes 7:00 AM–3:00 PM or 9:00 AM–5:00 PM with a 4-on, 2-off rotating pattern. Starting pay is $13.50/hour, with benefits and opportunities to grow within Volare Health.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience in healthcare, hospitality, hotels, or a similar environment is preferred, but we are happy to train the right candidate.
• Reliable, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Friendly with a passion for serving seniors.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident rooms, offices, hallways, and common areas.
• Vacuum, mop, dust, wipe surfaces, and sanitize assigned areas.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents and visitors.
• Respond promptly to spills and other housekeeping needs.
• Properly use and store cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Follow infection control, OSHA, safety, and sanitation procedures.
• Report maintenance issues and safety concerns promptly.
