Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to provide cleaning services for residents and maintain public areas. This on-site role requires excellent communication with residents and staff, independence, and strong customer service skills.

Eligible for medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), PTO, holiday pay, Daily Pay, and Perk Spot discounts for both full-time and part-time team members. Vaccination is encouraged but not required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a private or public housekeeping capacity (i.e. hotel or personal home)
• The ability to communicate clearly and effectively with residents, family members, and other team members.
• Must be self-motivated, organized, and professional. Must be able to work independently and handle multiple tasks at one time.
• Strong customer service skills are required.
