You will perform cleaning, restocking, laundry, and storage organization, while collaborating with the housekeeping team to keep a smooth schedule and deliver exceptional service. Confidentiality and HIPAA compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for long periods and walk frequently.
• Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain resident rooms, common areas, and public spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping and disinfecting surfaces.
• Restock linens, toiletries, and other supplies as needed.
• Perform laundry duties, including washing, drying, and ironing.
• Maintain the organization and cleanliness of storage areas and closets.
• Respond to resident requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with other housekeeping staff members to ensure a smooth and efficient cleaning schedule.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
