Job summary

Resolute Road Hospitality's Hilton Garden Inn in downtown Salt Lake City seeks a Floor Housekeeper to maintain guest rooms and public areas to brand standards and cleanliness expectations.

You will follow established processes, work with the team, and deliver friendly, respectful service while upholding safety guidelines and hotel policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred.
• Basic English comprehension preferred; bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms and bathrooms: make beds, vacuum, dust, sanitize, and restock supplies.
• Replenish linens, amenities, and guest essentials.
• Clean assigned public areas (hallways, lobbies, restrooms, meeting rooms).
• Stock housekeeping cart with cleaning products, linens, and guest supplies.
• Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or damaged items to the supervisor promptly.
• Log and turn in lost and found items following hotel policy.
• Follow safety protocols and chemical handling guidelines.
• Attend pre-shift meetings to review assignments and daily updates.
• Assist with deep cleaning projects and turndown service as assigned.
• Complete assigned tasks within allotted time per room (Minutes Per Room or MPR).
• Deliver friendly and respectful guest service throughout interactions.
• Adhere to Resolute Road Hospitality policies and procedures.

Your Role

As Housekeeper, you’ll be responsible for the cleanliness, appearance, and readiness of guest rooms and public areas. You’ll follow established processes to ensure rooms are properly prepared and maintained according to brand standards. • Familiarity with housekeeping tools, cleaning products, and safe handling procedures

• Physical ability to meet job demands (lifting, standing, bending, kneeling)
• Basic English comprehension preferred; bilingual skills are a plus
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Education & Experience
