Job summary

Great-Lakes-Management-Co. is seeking a dedicated housekeeper for Seven Hills Senior Living in Saint Paul, MN. Full-time role with typical shifts 9 am - 5 pm, pay $17.00–$18.00 per hour.

Duties include cleaning resident apartments, common areas, and restocking supplies while maintaining a safe, sanitary environment. Requirements include at least 1 year of housekeeping/cleaning experience, reliability, ability to work independently, and knowledge of cleaning chemicals.

• Minimum 1 year housekeeping/cleaning experience.
• Able to make responsible choices and decisions, and act in the resident’s and overall community's best interest.
• Ability to motivate oneself and work independently.
• Ability to be flexible and to work with other staff and residents.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals.
• Good work ethic.
• Maintains confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistent & quality work to the residents and staff.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and cleaning cart.
• Follow job routines and instructions according to the assigned housekeeping schedule.
• Assure resident apartments are clean and sanitized as scheduled.
• Maintain inventory for daily needs & notify supervisor of supply issues.
• Assist in keeping all common areas neat, clean and safe.
• Follow the daily schedule to ensure all tasks are accomplished in a timely manner.

Housekeeping Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide consistent & quality work to the residents and staff

Cleaning duties includes but not limited to:

• Vacuuming hallways, elevators and furniture
• Washing inside glass doors and windows
• Sweeping and/or mopping floors
• Cleaning and stocking supplies in restroom
• Dusting
• Rubbish/trash removal
• Washing / polishing woodwork and baseboards
• Seasonal duties as assigned

Housekeeping Qualifications
