Job summary

Yona Solutions is seeking a dedicated housekeeper to join our Minnesota team. You will provide warm and friendly hospitality to residents, visitors and coworkers while keeping common areas and rooms clean and well-stocked.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow written and oral instructions concerning cleaning compounds and solutions.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Ability to work effectively with residents and personnel.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and restocks assigned areas (resident rooms, bathrooms, offices, clinical areas, conference rooms, nurses stations, etc.) according to standards.
• Maintains daily work assignment sheets for duties in assigned areas.
• Follows safe workplace practices per regulatory guidelines.
• Performs daily cleaning procedures and any additional steps as assigned.
• Performs other related duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and restocks all assigned areas such as resident rooms, bathrooms, offices, clinical areas, conference rooms, nurses’ stations, stairwells, etc., according to departmental standards and guidelines
• Maintains work assignment sheets for daily duties in assigned areas
• Follows safe workplace practices according to regulatory guidelines
• Follows departmental procedures for the daily cleaning procedures and any additional steps as outlined on the job assignment
• Performs other related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Ability to follow written and oral instructions concerning the mixing of cleaning compounds, liquids, disinfecting solutions, etc
• Ability to work independently
• Possess flexibility, integrity, and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work effectively with the residents and personnel
• Must provide a criminal background check
• Housekeeping experience is a plus
