You will clean apartments and common areas, serve meals with proper food-handling techniques, and help maintain a welcoming dining room. High school diploma preferred; experience in housekeeping or fine dining is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Housekeeping: clean apartments, common areas, and offices; sanitize restrooms and surfaces; maintain floors, furniture, and equipment; manage community laundry; handle chemicals safely.
• Server: serve meals with proper food-handling techniques; take meal orders; maintain dining area cleanliness; assist with dining room setup and resetting.

Key Responsibilities

Housekeeping

• Perform cleaning tasks in apartments, common areas, and offices.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, fixtures, and surfaces.
• Maintain floors, furniture, and equipment cleanliness.
• Collect, clean, and redistribute community laundry.
• Ensure safe storage and handling of cleaning chemicals.

Server

• Serve meals with proper food-handling techniques.
• Take meal orders and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness in dining areas, including sanitizing tables and chairs.
• Assist with dining room setup and resetting.
