Job summary

Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is hiring a Housekeeper to help maintain a clean and safe long-term care environment. You will perform daily housekeeping tasks, ensure sanitation, and assist residents and staff with a courteous service mindset.

Starting pay is USD 19.63 per hour; benefits include telemedicine, prescription discounts, employee assistance programs, financial wellness tools, training, and career development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Residency within the service area required.
• Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• COVID-19 vaccination compliance.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions and perform routine tasks.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
• Able to work around cleaning products.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks, including cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
• Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation of all areas following established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions policies to ensure a sanitary environment.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
