Venterra Realty seeks a Housekeeper to maintain spotless common areas and ensure apartments are move-in ready. You will perform detailed cleaning, sanitization, and upkeep, working closely with maintenance and leasing teams to create a welcoming environment for residents and guests.

Responsibilities include cleaning vacant units, common areas, and grounds while maintaining inventory and following safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or janitorial roles.
• Ability to handle cleaning chemicals safely.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive maintenance of standards.
• Ability to lift/carry loads up to 75 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Clean vacant units to welcome new residents.
• Routine cleaning of clubhouses, offices, fitness centers, and shared amenities.
• Maintain cleanliness and curb appeal of the property including grounds and common areas.
• Keep inventory of cleaning supplies and report needs to management.
• Work with maintenance teams to ensure overall property cleanliness.
• Work independently while following company standards and focusing on resident satisfaction.
• Support the team with other duties to maintain standards.

Job Title: Housekeeper

THE OPPORTUNITY

The Housekeeper maintains the cleanliness and presentation of common areas and amenities while ensuring apartment homes are move-in ready. This role is responsible for detailed cleaning, sanitization, and upkeep to meet company standards. Working closely with the maintenance and leasing teams, the Housekeeper helps create a welcoming environment for residents and guests.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Clean vacant units to ensure a fresh and welcoming environment for new residents.
• Perform routine cleaning of clubhouses, offices, fitness centers, and other shared amenities.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and curb appeal of the property, including grounds, parking lots, breezeways and common areas.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report needs to management.
• Work alongside maintenance teams to ensure the overall cleanliness of the property.
• Work independently while following company standards, demonstrating attention to detail, and maintaining a commitment to resident satisfaction.
• Support the team with other duties as needed to maintain resident satisfaction and property standards.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or similar roles preferred.
• Ability to handle cleaning chemicals safely.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive approach to maintaining company standards.
• Lifting/carrying (supplies, equipment, etc.):
  • Over 75 lbs. Rare need
  • 25 – 75 lbs. Occasional need
  • 1 – 25 lbs. Constant need
