Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and staff in Rapid City, SD.

You will clean suites and common areas, dispose of waste, launder and distribute linens, and ensure infection control standards are followed. The role emphasizes privacy, dignity, and comfort for residents and their families.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident suites, bathrooms, common areas, and offices
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize assigned areas
• Clean and polish fixtures, furniture, and surfaces
• Knock before entering resident rooms and respect privacy
• Collect trash and maintain clean disposal areas
• Sort, wash, dry, fold, and distribute community laundry
• Inspect linens for wear and follow replacement procedures
• Store chemicals safely and follow infection control standards
• Keep carts, equipment, and hallways clear and compliant
