Atrium Centers in Plainwell, MI is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents. You will work under the Housekeeping Supervisor to ensure high standards of cleanliness and resident comfort.

• Previous housekeeping experience in a care setting preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Reliable attendance and dependable performance.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident rooms under supervision.
• Maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior areas.

What You'll Do

• Clean resident rooms under the direction of the Housekeeping Supervisor
• Maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior areas throughout the center
• Follow cleaning, sanitation, and safety standards
• Support a positive physical and psychosocial environment for residents
• Interact respectfully and professionally with residents, families, and team members

What You Bring

• Previous housekeeping experience in a long-term care facility or larger institution (preferred)
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to relate positively and respectfully to residents and families
• Positive, can-do attitude with a strong work ethic
• Reliable attendance and dependability
