Job summary

CCMC Camden Clark Medical Center in Parkersburg, WV is seeking an Environmental Services Technician to maintain clean, safe patient areas, rooms and common spaces according to established procedures.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and clean assigned areas, report issues to supervisor.

• Make beds in discharge and on-call rooms as assigned.
• Maintain equipment in clean, working condition and report problems.
• Move equipment and furniture as needed and follow safety rules.
• Follow all safety and sanitation regulations and accreditation training.
• Work 40 hours per week with varied shifts.

Removes trash from all assigned areas.4. Replenishes paper towels, toilet paper, and soap in all locations of assigned areas to assure adequate supply.5. Makes beds, following established cleaning procedures in all patient discharge rooms and on-call rooms as assigned.6. Maintains assigned equipment in clean, working condition, reporting problems and suggestions to the supervisor.7. Moves equipment, furniture, boxes, wash walls, spot carpets, etc. as assigned.8.
