Merrill Gardens is seeking a Senior Living Housekeeper to support residents in our Palos Verdes Peninsula community. You will perform thorough cleaning of apartments and common areas, while delivering exceptional customer service to residents and visitors.

The role emphasizes teamwork with other departments, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to obtain First Aid and CPR certification. Full- and part-time opportunities exist, with benefits and growth potential.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED (18+).
• 1–2 years housekeeping experience preferred in a similar environment.
• Experience working with seniors or in a customer-service focused environment helpful.
• Ability to obtain First Aid and CPR certification.

Responsabilidades

• Thoroughly clean and maintain resident apartments and common areas.
• Provide high level of customer service to residents and guests.
• Report needed supplies and coordinate housekeeping with other departments.

Our Housekeepers are responsible for:

• Thoroughly cleaning and providing daily upkeep of resident apartments and common areas.
• Providing a high level of customer service to all residents and guests.
• Reports needed supplies to appropriate designee and coordinating housekeeping services with other departments.
• Other duties as assigned.

If you are someone with:

• High school diploma or GED. (Must be at least 18 years of age.)
• One to two years of housekeeping experience in a similar environment, preferred.
• Experience working with seniors or in a customer service focused environment helpful.
• Ability to obtain First Aid and CPR certification.

Actual pay rate within stated pay range is determined based on relevant factors in compliance with state and local wage laws. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to pay upon hire.

Physical Requirements:

This role involves frequent standing, walking, lifting (up to 90 lbs), pushing/pulling, and other physical activities. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
